Cardiovascular training consists of endurance training and strength training. Strengthening can be done in different ways using dumbbells, therabands, body-weight exercises.
Resistance bands are the most effective way to strengthen the muscles. having different colours for different levels of resistance ranging from yellow light resistance to black heavy resistance. It is cost-effective as well as easy to carry and travel with and takes less space.
